“ Went on opening day. There was a buy 4 and a drink and get 8 cookies free deal. There was a DJ booth outside, line wasnt too long and samples were available. I got a variety of cookies to try out some flavors. Also got lemonade in a bottle. Customer service was good. Location is good. I definitely plan to come back. ”
“ Our family went with a friend in search of a treat yesterday and ended up at Cookie Plug. It was incredible! The cookies are so big and thick! They were still warm when we got them home and all 7 we chose were delicious. They are big enough that you can cut them up into several pieces so the whole family can sample each one. The artwork in the place is vibrant and colorful, all Memphis themed like a mural. I complimented the impressive artwork to the owner and she told me that her brother is a graphic designer and he did all of that for her. Highly recommend them and we will be back for sure! ”

“ I had a great experience here and will be back! I found out about then through tiktok and decided to check them out over the weekend. The shop is pretty small but this wasnt an issue for me. The atmosphere is very colorful and very memphis. The empolyees were nice and informative. For me I loved the cookies my favorite is the firecracker and purple haze. They are large cookies worth 5 each. I prefer these over cookie crumble, crumble cookies are under cooked and doughy in the middle. I dont like the icing and overly sweetness of crumble cookies. I appreciate plug cookies crunch and thickness. On the other hand the cookie plug cookies can get hard if not eaten right away. The lemonade is a bit too sweet for me and I wished the offered lids and straws. ”
“ Dont let the size of the shop fool you! Great things come in small packages and im talking about the cookies. I am picky about my chocolate chip cookies and they DELIVERED! I got a 4 pack, 2 Chocolate Chips, a Smores and Cookies Cream. Crsipy around the edges of SOFT in the middle. My only regret was not having milk in the car lol They were busy but still had service with a smile and answered any questions I had. If you like Insomnia Cookies youll love Cookie Plug definitely worth the drive. ”
